I’m a mother, a mystic, a creative, and an intellectual. And while words can never fully capture who I AM, this is a glimpse into my 40-ish year journey.

I call myself an Artist of the Spirit, because I embrace the full spectrum of life— I’m a visionary, guided by the deep wisdom within. As an introvert, I create a lot of space to cultivate a rich inner landscape; When I do connect with others, I enjoy authenticity, meaningful conversation— and lots of laughter!

I've always been an unconventional learner, I'm a self taught student in many areas of my life, including astrology, which I was introduced to at a young age and have continued refining my craft over the years. By the time I was in my 20’s I started diving deep into Universal Law, the MIND/BODY/SOUL connection, and other Ancient Wisdom Practices. These teachings shaped not only my inner world—but the work I now offer others.

I spent 20 years in the beauty industry. It was a great outlet for my creativity, and it never felt like “work”. More importantly, it allowed me to connect with so many people, from all walks of life. Over the years, I've worked 1 on 1, built relationships, and seen clients through their happiest and darkest moments. There is truly nothing like the Art of Human Connection, it has been a great teacher to me—and most rewarding in my career.

As I deepened my spiritual path, I felt called to blend my intuitive gifts with everything I’ve learned. That calling led me to create my Self-Mastery Mentorship—a soul-centered journey that integrates psychological and somatic awareness, energy healing, and spiritual guidance. It’s a body of work designed to help others reclaim their personal power, live with purpose, and return to their sacred rhythm within.

Today, I'm a woman shaped by transformation, refined by devotion, and rooted in truth—my mission is to be the bridge that helps others to do the same.

I believe everything is connected.
 I believe the Earth is our playground, and our teacher.
 I believe life is too sacred to live on autopilot.

RITUAL is a collection of all I am, and will continue to grow and evolve—just as I have.
